With the entry into force on June 1st, 2023 of the new directives on psychosocial risks and whistle-blowing at EPFL, the procedure for filing a complaint has changed.

In the event of a problematic situation between people, those who consider that their health or personality has been impaired directly in a context related to their professional activities or studies can contact the Respect Compliance Office (RCO), and witnesses can contact the Ombudsperson. The RCO or the Ombudsperson will examine the case, propose measures and, if necessary, evaluate whether to open a formal internal or external investigation.
